Better Thinkpad T480 trackpoint multiplier

Hi there! I've been struggling with the trackpoint acceleration on the Thinkpad T480 (not the T480s). It's a bit too jerky and hard to fine tune a click.

I came across https://wayland.freedesktop.org/libinput/doc/latest/device-quirks.html#device-quirks-debugging and after a bit of testing, 0.4 feels a lot better than the default.

I'm not sure of the MR process for the project. So let me know if you need anything else.
