This change is good enough, Yesterday I've played intense Real Time Strategy by only using this touchpad quirk for more than an hour.
The game was Company of Heroes, sadly have no recorded gameplay example right now.
The Experience on Desktop Environment such as GNOME 3.30 for Ubuntu 18.10 is kind of great aswell
