Click pad record inputs but cursor doesn't respond on HP 15-cc502nw
Summary
Some days ago friend-o-mine wrote here, that click and drag gesture doesn't work on my laptop #348 (closed). Now I'm struggling with whole click pad error, it show inputs, but cursor doesn't move.

This error happens because I deleted /etc/libinput/local-overrides.quirks
file with workaround made by @JuniorJPDJ after libinput got updated. But POINTER MOTION
occurs only, when the cursor moves.
