Logitech MX Master 3 horizontal scrolling is reversed
Summary
Horizontal scrolling is reversed. When natural scrolling is disabled, it behaves as if it was enabled - the direction of the scroll matches the direction of how the content moves. At the same time, vertical scrolling matches the direction in which the scroll bar moves. When it is enabled, horizontal scroll matches the direction of scroll bar movement, while vertical scroll matches the direction of the content's movement.
Steps to reproduce
Use vertical and horizontal scoll on MX Master 3.
