Scroll with one finger movement starts after a huge delay
Summary
While touching the touchpad with two fingers, the scroll up or down caused by one of the two fingers moving up or down on the touchpad starts only after a initial delay. Such delay is nonexistent in both Apple laptops and in synaptic driver with default configurations and makes the touchpad feels clunky.
Steps to reproduce
- rest one finger touching the touchpad
- touch the touchpad with a second finger and move it up or down, while keeping the first finger resting at the same start position
- remove both fingers from the touchpad

The issue 237[1] seams related. I choose to open this one because I felt no problem scrolling by moving two fingers on the touchpad at the same time. The huge delay is felt only when the scroll is started by the movement of only one finger. Also the ticket seams to be related to "button scroll", I'm not sure if its referring to the mouse well or to the touchpad as a button.
