Implement Keyboard Navigation That Libevdev Has
Very low priority.
KDE Mouse Settings, under evdev, had additional features not included in libinput like "Keyboard Navigation" (navigating the mouse cursor using the keyboard).
Allow a user to mimic a mouse using the keyboard, which existed in evdev.
Implementation in Other Systems
This existed under evdev, where KDE would show 2 additional tabs, one of which was "Keyboard Navigation".
I only consider this feature to be "low priority" due to my rare need, like now.
The batteries in my mouse died early, which did not leave me any time to re-charge the other batteries for a quick-swap.
I looked to enable the keyboard navigation feature, but saw it no longer existed and my search resulted in those links above.
The workaround in the link above is to enable evdev for the mouse input in a config file in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/
