Bad touchpad jitter on Dell Inspiron 3521
Summary
When using the touchpad, the mouse cursor does unexpected movements, making difficult to click on items (especially small buttons). This behaviour happens when the finger touches the touchpad on a small surface (e.g. the moment right before the end of the tap, resulting in a click some pixels away).
Steps to reproduce
Keep the finger still on the touchpad, the smaller the contact area, more likely the wrong behaviour.
