three finger swipes don't work on touchpad
Summary
I'm trying to use the new GNOME 40 three finger vertical and horizontal swipes to move to and out of Activities and change workpspaces, but they do not work. At first I reported the bug against gnome-shell, but my logs showed that it's actually libinput not recognizing the 3 finger swipe.
Please note that 3 finger tap is working, so the touchpad can see the 3 fingers... And 2 finger horizontal swipes allows me to change workspace, even though according to GNOME Tour I should use 3 finger swipe.
I'm on Fedora 34 (Prerelease) Silverblue.
Steps to reproduce
In GNOME 40 3 finger swipe up should change to Activities view, but it doesn't. 3 finger swipe down should move to active window, but it doesn't.
3 finger swipe left or right should change workspace, but it doesn't (2 finger swipe left or right does work though).
