Sensitivity settings incorrect for Dell 15R N5110
Summary
The default sensitivity for the Dell 15R trackpad is too sensitive, causing jumping of the cursor when lifting your finger. This makes it very difficult to select items.
I ran the libinput testing utility for trackpad sensitivity, and am submitting a bug report as requested.
Steps to reproduce
Requires a Dell 15R model N5110 to reproduce issue. I was able to reproduce the issue in Kubuntu, Solus KDE, and Elementary OS.
Required information
- libinput version: 1.16.2
- hardware information:
-
libinput record
output: recording.yml -
libinput debug-events --verbose
output: events.txt
