Proper click count/angle for "tilt" wheels
The majority of mice I've used have a single "tilting" scroll wheel to support horizontal scrolling, so there is only one discrete input to signal scrolling and not a range of relative inputs. Using this feature results in libinput interpreting these events as relative scroll events with the default 15° vertical click-count/click-angle, and horizontal scrolling is excrutiatingly slow compared to Windows and MacOS.

What is the proper way to configure this device in udev? Should I specify a natural-feeling value for MOUSE_WHEEL_CLICK_ANGLE_HORIZONTAL and MOUSE_WHEEL_CLICK_COUNT_HORIZONTAL? If so, what should that value be?
