Mark unreliable tablet mode switches as such
Summary
We have the ModelTabletModeNoSuspend
quirk for device that should not be disabled when the tablet mode is enabled. This was originally designed for keyboards that have buttons visible on the front that need to keep working.
Recently with f9ec9b8f it now also works for touchpads and serves to prevent broken tablet mode switches from messing up.
That requires that every device that gets disabled be added with a separate section: touchpad, keyboard, trackpoint.
Instead, we should just mark the tablet mode switch as unreliable and work based on that.
