Use MSC_TIMESTAMP for time instead of the SYN_REPORT time
The MSC_TIMESTAMP gives us the HW intervals which represent when the sample was taken. The timestamps we currently use from SYN_DROPPED
are the ones when we get the event, which may be delayed. Since we're sensitive to time in the acceleration code (and elsewhere), having the kernel delay events means our acceleration doesn't match.
