Enroll result: enroll-disconnected on 04F3:0C6E

I have just try to setup the fingerprint on my ASUS ROG Flow X13, however, after I followed Arch Wiki's guide, I have got this at everytime:

# fprintd-enroll
Using device /net/reactivated/Fprint/Device/0
Enrolling right-index-finger finger.
Enroll result: enroll-disconnected

When I using journalctl -u fprintd, it showed:

Jul 27 10:03:15 staswit-laptop-linux systemd[1]: Starting Fingerprint Authentication Daemon...
Jul 27 10:03:15 staswit-laptop-linux systemd[1]: Started Fingerprint Authentication Daemon.
Jul 27 10:03:46 staswit-laptop-linux systemd[1]: fprintd.service: Deactivated successfully.
Jul 27 10:18:34 staswit-laptop-linux systemd[1]: Starting Fingerprint Authentication Daemon...
Jul 27 10:18:34 staswit-laptop-linux systemd[1]: Started Fingerprint Authentication Daemon.
Jul 27 10:19:09 staswit-laptop-linux fprintd[33856]: Failed to clear storage before first enrollment: Device has no storage.
Jul 27 10:19:09 staswit-laptop-linux fprintd[33856]: Device reported an error during identify for enroll: The driver encoun>
Jul 27 10:19:39 staswit-laptop-linux systemd[1]: fprintd.service: Deactivated successfully.

Sometimes, if I temporary succeed enrolled my fingerprint, I have got the same problem with #401 , more is unknown error. Now I always face enroll-disconnected every enroll.

This is my system status:
