Fingerprint preview with fprintd-enroll
In order to capture the fingerprints, I tried both the fprint-demo and fprintd-enroll software. With the fprintd-enroll command I noticed that the fingerprints of the index finger are scanned, but when I type the fprintd-verify command, it does not recognize the acquired fingerprint. The reason for this is due to how I put my finger in the fingerprint reader, that is, if I place my finger higher upwards, the impression is acquired completely correctly; otherwise the impression is acquired correctly only in the upper half of the index the lower half of the index is acquired with noise. To solve this problem I used the fprint-demo graphic software that shows the preview of the acquired fingerprint in the 5 steps.
It is possible to implement the preview of the acquired fingerprint with the fprintd-enroll command in order to give the user the possibility to confirm / not confirm the fingerprint that are acquired in the enrollment phase?
