[Request] Meson option to disable tests

It would be nice if there was an option that could be passed (-Dtests=false) to disable tests. These tests just won't work in some build environments, and there's really not much point packaging the dependencies of the tests (dbusmock, dbus-daemon, pam_wrapper, etc) just to satisfy meson and throw them out immediately after
