Support for the XpPen Deco 01 V3

note: the device on this photo still has a protective plastic overlay on it, I'll remove it for the final video review.

Hi, this is a request to support the XpPen Deco 01 V3, a medium sized non display tablet with a 60° Tilt feature. The tablet works almost fully out of the box on Debian KDE 12 X11, except there is still the hardcoded "Eraser mode" on the second button of the stylus.

Here is some info:

The buttons of the tablet are not exposed to xsetwacom

The barrel switch button can be customized, eg:

tabletstylus="UGTABLET Deco 01 V3 Pen stylus"

max area is a square: 0 0 32767 32767
