We need some easy to load test BPF programs

We should have a few bpf.o programs that exists but do nothing but are known to succeed on load or fail on load. This would make testing changes a bit easier since we can then tune those to load on a given hardware and check the logs for whether udev-hid-bpf did the right thing loading-wise.
