I added the whole Surface Book 2 descriptor, which is quite lengthy. Let me know if you want me to shorten it.

general comment: it'd be really useful to add a comment and/or commit message to explain why this is added as test device. the PR links to patchwork but the commit message doesn't and either way, having this right there in the code to explain what's so special about this would be quite useful for anyone just reading one git history :)
