Performance mode not available due to temperature even though temps are normal

Hi, Just did a fresh install of Ubuntu 21.10 I'm trying to enable performance mode in the settings and it says High hardware temperature: performance mode unavailable. This bug has been reported downstream here. Thank you for all the work you've done :)
