No links to IRC channels

I'm guessing that the GStreamer IRC channels might have moved, but there's no mention of them anywhere on the front page, and there doesn't seem to be any sections that would be relevant to having them.

Maybe the mailing-lists page could be renamed to a "Contact" or "Discussion" page and include those?
