"exec_opcodes_sys" fails on rk3288 (armv7l) board

orc-bugreport.log and test-suite.log
I've tried ORC from git master (f10bacc5), 0.4.23, 0.4.24, and 0.4.10, and all fail the "exec_opcodes_sys" test. I'm running the tests on a Radxa Rock2 board with rk3288 SoC. The system is running the vendor's "Rabian" OS derived from Debian jessie.
Unit test logs and output of orc-bugreport are attached.
