Prepare GStreamer to run Fluster ARGON AV1 test suite

ARGON AV1 test suite has been added to Fluster and include AV1 bitstreams with container. This series add code in typefinder to detect AV1 obu and annexb bitstreams formats. It also enhance av1parse to support annexb bitstreams. While at it there is one trivial typo in av1parse.

ARGON AV1 test suite use GBRP_10LE as output format so enabled it in videocodectestsink.
