registry: skip integration testsuite directory during plugin scan

When using gst-build and running the validation tests, the number of log files can grow substantially, slowing down startup.

By the time I bothered to investigate why startup was so slow even for simple tests, I'd over 50,000 log files.

After 0.15user 0.93system 0:02.72elapsed 40%CPU
