urisourcebin/parsebin: Improve collection creation and handling

This MR adds a series of improvements to parsebin and urisourcebin for RTSP (amongst other dynamic situations)

  • parsebin : Fix issues with caps in depayloader/dynamic use-cases
  • urisourcebin : Handle collections from multiple parsebin
  • playback : Better handle collection merging/detection
