ERROR: Dependency "cairo-gobject" not found
Hi folks, I'm building gstreamer with the following configuration to try to reduce building time and install only the plugins we use:
meson \
-Dprefix=/usr \
-Dgpl=enabled \
-Dbad=enabled \
-Dugly=enabled \
-Dlibav=enabled \
-Dqt5=enabled \
-Dgstreamer:bash-completion=enabled \
-Dgstreamer:check=enabled \
-Dgstreamer:tools=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-base:gl=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-base:compositor=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-base:pango=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-base:qt5=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-base:videoconvert=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-base:videoscale=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-base:videotestsrc=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-base:x11=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-good:autodetect=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-good:cairo=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-good:udp=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-good:qt5=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-good:rtp=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-good:rtpmanager=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-good:v4l2=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-good:vpx=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-bad:autoconvert=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-bad:gl=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-bad:gpl=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-bad:mpegtsmux=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-bad:netsim=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-bad:nvcodec=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-bad:pcapparse=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-bad:rtp=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-bad:videofilters=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-bad:videoparsers=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-bad:x265=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-ugly:x264=enabled \
-Dgst-plugins-ugly:gpl=enabled \
--auto-features=disabled \
--buildtype=release \

However, we're hitting this error:
#13 310.5 gst-plugins-good| Run-time dependency cairo-gobject found: NO (tried pkgconfig)
#13 310.5
#13 310.5 subprojects/gst-plugins-good/ext/cairo/meson.build:1:0: ERROR: Dependency "cairo-gobject" not found, tried pkgconfig
Running the same script with the default config (so all auto packages selected) works out-of-the-box.
I don't really understand what's going on here, It looks like gstreamer is not building some deps, but that those deps are installed if I pick all the plugins (even though they should be build also for this case, as they are used apparently).
I also tried installing the system package, but that pulls in glib2.0
which is then pulled in by gstreamer but it's too old to be used.
