* gst/elements/Makefile.am (libgstelements_la_LDFLAGS): Link to
the versioned libgstbase.

* check/Makefile.am: Depend on an unversioned gst-register, seems
to make autoconf happier.

* gst/base/Makefile.am: Make libgstbase a versioned lib.
