ERROR: Caught a segmentation fault while loading plugin file when running gst-inspect-1.0 -b

I am on Ubuntu 20.04 with Nvidia RTX 2080ti card.

I have installed gstreamer-vaapi via apt:

$ sudo apt install gstreamer1.0-vaapi

And then run

$ gst-inspect-1.0 -b

ERROR: Caught a segmentation fault while loading plugin file:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gstreamer-1.0/libgstvaapi.so

Please either:
- remove it and restart.
- run with --gst-disable-segtrap --gst-disable-registry-fork and debug.
