Add support for GstD3D11 binding
Direct3D
is the primary graphics and multimedia API on Windows, a kind of OpenGL/Vulkan + VAAPI/NVCODEC + window system (e.g., x11/wayland) + etc (some OS layer optimized features, screen capturing for example).
Now GstD3D11
is a public library (but still experimental) in GStreamer term. So, adding support for GstD3D11
binding would be great
