Fix documentation build on docs.rs
We need to somehow inject the actual documentation into the crate at build time. As it's in ../docs it is not part of the crate itself, so we need to fetch it from somewhere else.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
