New top-level directory for muxers/demuxers?

The new fmp4/cmaf muxer currently resides in the generic folder, and the FLV demuxer in the video folder.

Wonder if we want to add a new folder for muxers/demuxers?

If so, what should it be called?

I think mux is nice and short, Sebastian seems to lean towards containers, ffmpeg puts this in (av)format right?
