wavpack: Decoding files floating point samples causes artifacts
Streamer version is 1.16.2 on Fedora Linux 32
When I try to open .wv files that were encoded from .wav files that use floating point samples (such as this or this) in an application that uses GStreamer, the output has audible artifacts. I've played the files in mpv without any problems.
Steps to reproduce: Download a .wav file that uses floating point samples, such as the ones linked. Encode the files into .wv with wavpack. Play the .wv file with GStreamer and compare it with another decoder.
