avidemux: Jumping video timestamps in specific movie

Submitted by Sebastian Dröge @slomo

Link to original bug (#741711)

Description

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=773442

We fail to play this movie. I fixed the audio parts already, now there's only the problem left that we get some video frames in the beginning with timestamps around 0 seconds... and soonish after they jump to 3 minutes.

VLC and avplay handle it properly.
