GL Window GBM: Restore the CRTC state on close

Nicolas Dufresne requested to merge ndufresne/gst-plugins-base:gl-gbm-restore-crtc into master

This is imported from kmssink. This simply restore the CRTC state on exit. This way, if you launch a pipeline with glimagesink from an fbcon terminal, the terminal will be restored on exit.
