Description

When trying to do audio track swicthing on RTSP streams, previous audio track is disabled, but the new one never gets started, playback keeps going, with no audio.

Reproduce (with the yet to be merged rtsp testsuite, but that will happen very soon):

gst-validate-launcher -t validate.rtsp.playback.switch_audio_track.tron_en_ge_aac_h264_ts  

With playbin3, playing stream with several audio tracks never starts (ie. video prerolls, but the pipeline never plays)

Reproduce:

USE_PLAYBIN3=true gst-validate-launcher -t validate.rtsp.playback.switch_audio_track.tron_en_ge_aac_h264_ts
