videoconvert: Conversion target scoring is not optimal

Given P010_10LE format and if downstream support { RGBA and RGB10A2_LE } format, GstVideoConvert will select the RGBA as the target output format instead of RGB10A2_LE. I seems to obviously bitdepth loss.
