WIP: waylandsink: add basic support for pointer devices
requested to merge andrey-konovalov/gst-plugins-bad:add-the-possibility-to-move-the-bare-waylandsink-window-using-mouse into master
Make the bare waylandsink window movable with mouse. If the waylandsink is embedded into an application leave it to the application to handle the input events.
