Msdk build refactor

Víctor Manuel Jáquez Leal requested to merge vjaquez/gst-plugins-bad:msdk-build-refactor into master
  • meson.build: avoid the composition of artificial msdk dependency object if possible
    • configure.ac: add more possible library directories
    • remove the hack for handling different include prefixes
    • meson.build: build vp9dec
