vcdsrc: Some VCD discs cannot be opened

vcdsrc is not able to open the "Aerobics Traning Video- Music- Practice- VCD- IMAGE- ISO" disc.

Other VCDs can be opened, but not this one. VLC can play the disc just fine.

!203 (merged) got merged, and both vcdsrc and cdxaparse would need to be revived/ported for VCDs to work again, so closing this RFE.
