HLS seeking error

Hi,

The following HLS file has seeking problems with ges-launch:

The file has a running clock to help to reveal the seeking problem. With Chrome hls player and hls.js demo player seeking at position 1:15:32 leads to the clock position 7:45:10

However, seeking with gstreamer to the same position 1:15:32 leads to the clock position 7:45:13

(note: 4532 is equivalent to 1:15:32)

Which can be the reason of the 3 seconds drift? thanks.
