dxgiscreencapsrc: Plugin stops with an error when the desktop is locked

If I start a pipeline with the dxgiscreencapsrc and then lock the computer (eg. using Windows Key + L) the pipeline stops. Using gst-launch I get the following error:

ERROR: from element /GstPipeline:pipeline0/GstDXGIScreenCapSrc:dxgiscreencapsrc0: Internal data stream error.
