proxysrc: Add property to configure internal queue size?

The element can queue up to 200 buffers currently, which might introduce some delay between the producer and the consumer. Would it be acceptable to allow apps to configure the queue max-size-buffers property of the internal queue?

Currently I do this manually, looking up the queue by iterating elements of the proxysrc (bin).
