Can't build latest stable `gst-plugins-bad` (1.16.1) on latest Ubuntu (19.10) with `gst-build`
On compile I get following:
In file included from /usr/include/c++/9/cstdint:35,
from /usr/include/OpenEXR/ImfFrameBuffer.h:55,
from /usr/include/OpenEXR/ImfRgbaFile.h:51,
from ../subprojects/gst-plugins-bad/ext/openexr/gstopenexrdec.cpp:30:

Also I've got the same error when tried build gst-plugins-bad
