Unclear why hotdoc wants 'gstavtp' as the plugin name here,
that's just wrong.

Add since marker and mark private subclasses as plugin API
so hotdoc knows they belong to the plugin and aren't external.

Fix GstAvtpAafTstampMode get_type() function.
