flvdemux wrong exposes the source pads when worked under GES

Description
The same behaviour under Windows/Linux, 1.12.2/1.14.x
The next command line does not work:
ges-launch-1.0 +clip 20051210-w50s.flv inpoint=0 duration=5 +clip 20051210-w50s.flv inpoint=5 duration=10 -o output.via.ges-launch2.ogv
If you look at the resulting graph "ges-flvdemux-graph.png", it's easy to see that flvdemux does not show the video pad at the right moment (please see tooltips on picture).
Please note that next command line worked fine:
gst-launch-1.0
uridecodebin uri=file:///20051210-w50s.flv ! audioconvert ! autoaudiosink
uridecodebin uri=file:///20051210-w50s.flv ! videoconvert ! autovideosink
The graph file for it "gst-flvdemux-graph.png"
