gst-build always halt when linking target "avcodec-58.pdb"

Hi, I am new to gstreamer, as I compling gstreamer on windows 7 system, following the README.md doc, input command:

```
  meson buildir
 ninja -C buildir*
```
The build procedure always halt when "[4202/4216] Linking target subprojects/FFmpeg/avcodec-58.dll" I retried several times and I try to restart the computer or ninja -C builddir update command, but no work. Can somebody help me to check the issue， thanks！

Here's the logs, I don't know which one is useful: .ninja_log: .ninja_log meson-log.txt:meson-log.txt
