cross-lin-arm fails at libxml2

Description

Using Ubuntu 16.04

Steps:

git clone git://anongit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/sdk/cerbero
cd cerbero
./cerbero-uninstalled -c config/cross-lin-arm.cbc bootstrap
./cerbero-uninstalled -c config/cross-lin-arm.cbc package gstreamer-1.0

Result:
