webrtcdsp/webrtcechoprobe segmentation fault on windows (1.16.1 x86, works with master)

Version: 1.16.0 (x86) OS: Windows 10 (64)

The following pipeline crashes with a segmentation fault message.

audiotestsrc ! webrtcdsp ! webrtcechoprobe ! fakesink

I've tested it with x86_64 version and it works fine.
