Need html to replace the autoindexing needs in CI_DRM, IGT and hardware directories

We're migrating to a new platform with the intel-gfx-ci.01.org which doesn't support autoindexing.

On the current site, the autoindexing is used on the following occasions:

• Kernel and IGT baseline runs. Example: https://intel-gfx-ci.01.org/tree/drm-tip/CI_DRM_6856/
• Hardware raw data directories. Example: https://intel-gfx-ci.01.org/hardware/fi-icl-y/

Construction like filelist.html would be usable, but there are some conditions on the current topnav that fill up dropdown menu with non-existing links.
