Floating headers for long tables

Some of the tables are pretty long and have a lot of columns. When you are close to the bottom it's hard to tell what some of them mean without scrolling all the way back to check (i.e. we have 4 dates on open bugs view).

It would be nice if we would float the table header so it's always visible.
