include list of commits in uprev MR

When for instance ci-uprev posts a Mesa MR for a piglit uprev that changes expectations files, having the list of piglit commits in the uprev helps the human reviewing the MR understand if the expectations changes come from the piglit code change, or if those are flakes, or if something else changed (eg. a dependency that's not pinned).
